| 摘 要： | 目的探讨"新起点"健康教育活动对经历重大创伤后伤员心理康复的影响。方法对30名来自四川灾区的伤员采用"新起点"健康教育活动,疗效评估采用急性应激障碍量表和创伤经验症状量表,在入院时、住院中和出院时共进行5次测量。结果所有伤员两项量表得分出院时较入院时均有明显改善(P<0.01),在5次测量之间均有显著降低(P<0.01)。结论在创伤救治护理时使用心理健康教育是很有必要的,其中"新起点"护理理念更值得重视。
