不同煤质的细胞毒性比较

摘    要:为探讨不同煤质的细胞毒性大小,应用体外细胞毒性试验研究了不同煤质对家兔肺巨噬细胞(AM)的存活率、吞噬率、吞噬指标及坏变率的影响。分析结果表明,不同煤质的细胞毒性明显不同。无烟煤对家兔肺泡巨噬细胞的存活率、吞噬率、吞噬指数的影响显著高于烟煤(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),引起家兔肺泡巨噬细胞的坏变程度高于烟煤(P〈0.01)。

Abstract:In order to study the cytotoxicity induce by different by species, cytotoxicity tests in vitrowere used to observe the effects of different coal species on the rate of survival, the rate of phagocytosis, thephagocytesis index and the abnormal ratio of alveolar macrophages (AM) of the rabbit. The results showedthat the cytotoxicity varied with different coal species. The effects of anthracite on the rate of survival, therate of phagocytosis and the phagocytosis index of AM of the rabbit were higher than those of the bituminouscoal (P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Moreover, the abnormality ratio of AM of the rabbit was also higher than thatinduced by bituminous.
