| 摘 要： | 目的验证循经取穴水针治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法66例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组。观察组用循经取穴水针疗法，对照组用口服药物疗法。同时，测定两组血清IgE水平。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组疗效之差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组血清IgE水平降低较对照组明显（P〈0．05）。结论循经取穴水针是治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法之一，其治疗机理与免疫调节有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To prove the efficacy of along-meridian selected point injection for treating allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty-six allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to two groups.The observation group was treated by along-meridian selected point injection and the control group,with oral drugs.Serum lgE was measured in both groups.Results The curative effect was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05). Serum lgE was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Along-meridian selected point injection is one of the effective methods for treating allergic rhinitis.Its therapeutic mechanism is related to immune regulation. |
