聚合酶链反应对单-抗HBc阳性的飞行员血清HBV-DNA的检测

用聚合酶链反应对单-抗HBc阳性的飞行员血清HBV携带情况进行了调查，首先用ELISA法对189份血清检测了HBSAg、抗HBs和抗HBc。HBsAg阳性率为4．76％（9／189），抗HBs17．99％（34／189），抗HBc24．87％（47／189），聚合酶链反应检测单-抗HBc阳性血19份，抗HBs阳性／抗HBc阳性血20份。HBV－DNA阳性率分别为31．58％（6／19）和5％（1／20），结果提示单-抗HBC阳性飞行员中存在低水平的HBV携带者；在招飞体检仅检测血清HBSAg，不能除外低水平的HBV感染者。

Polymerase chain reaction in the detection of aircrew hepatitis B virus carriers with sole positive anti-HBc

To assess the prevalence of asymptomatic HBV carriers aircrew with sole anti-HBc posi-tive sera, seroepidemiologic investigation in aircrew were carried out by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Using EI,ISA methods, HDsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were screened in 189 samples of serumfrom aircrew with normal liver function. Positive rates for HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-Hllc were 4. 76%(9/l89), 17. 99 % (34/l89 ) and 24. 87% (47/l89 ) respectively. HBV-DNA in l9 samples of serumwith sole anti-HBc pObitive and 20 with anti-HBs/anti-HBc positive were tested with PCR. Positiverates were 31. 58 % (6/l9 ) and 5 % (l/2O) respectively. The results suggested that there were low level HBV carriers in aircrew with sole antia-HBc positive. lf examination for HBsAg is used only in se1ec-tion of aircrew, low level HBV carriers can not be excluded.
