| 摘 要： | 1983年3—11月,按照《食品卫生法》要求的精神检验了银川市2,407名(男808人、女1,599人)饮食业人员血清的HBsAg和肝功能参数。结果表明,该职业人群中肝功能单项TTT异常者11.84％,单项SGPT升高者1.08％,占总SGPT升高者之半数。HBsAg阳性者7.19％,性别间无明显差异,X~2=0.098,P>0.05。在确诊的6种传染病中,乙型肝炎患者和带毒者所占比例高达95％。HBsAg检测者802人用ELIA法,余2,005人用RPHA法,后者以滴度正试验在8×((?))以上、复经中和试验征实者为阳性。讨论了开展食品卫生人员监控时统一乙型肝炎抗原血清学检测方法和阳性标准的必要性和迫切性。

| Abstract: | During a periodic physical examination surveillance, serum HBsAg and liver function tests (IC, TTT, TFT, SGPT) of personnel working and serving in factories, restaurants and shops of food and beverages in Yinchuan were assayed in December of 1983, totalling 2,407 subjects (808 males, 1,599 females) .Either ELISA or reverse passive hemagglutination were used in assaying of HBsAg.TTT was abnormal solely in 11.84%; in abnormal cases with elevated SGPT as one the abnormal parameters, SGPT was elevated solely in 50%. Positive HBsAg occurred in 7.19% and patients with viral hepatitis B and carriers of this antigen accounted for more than 95% of those diagnosed as having one of the six most common infectious diseases. |
