高血压自我管理指导网络对高血压患者的影响

目的 评价高血压自我管理指导网络对高血压患者健康状况及血压控制的影响.方法 将社区自愿参加该研究的219例高血压患者,随机分为强化组（n=111）和对照组（n=108）.强化组接受高血压自我管理课程及后续的网络强化随访,对照组接受常规传统的高血压健康教育.比较实施6个月后两组健康状况及血压控制情况.结果 强化组6个月内健康自评、疲劳、情绪低落等健康状况明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）;6个月后强化组和对照组高血压控制率分别为59.50%和34.10%,差异有统计学意义（x2=13.95,P＜0.01）.结论 高血压患者自我管理指导网络模式的建立较传统的健康教育管理在改善健康状况、降低血压、提高高血压控制率方面效果更好.

An evaluation of health-education network in hypertensive self-management

Objective To evaluate the effect of self-management guidance network on the health status and the blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 219 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups at random. :an intervention group (n =111 ) and a control group (n = 108 ). The intervention group was conducted health-education courses and intensive follow-up by using network of hypertensive self-management while the control group were performed the routine services. Changes in health status and blood pressure controlling were compared between the two groups. Results The intervention group had significant improvements in health self-rating, fatigue, depression than the control group (P < 0.05). After six months intervention, the control rate of hypertension in the intervention group were 59.5% higher than that in the control group (34.1%) (P< 0.01). Conclusions In controlling hypertension, hypertensive selfmanagement guidance network is superior to routine health education model.
