前列腺增生术后后尿道狭窄并急性尿潴留64例临床分析

目的 对前列腺增生术后后尿道狭窄合并急性尿潴留患者的急诊治疗方法及腔内治疗效果予以探讨分析. 方法 随机选取2010年10月—2014年10月在该院接受治疗的64例前列腺增生术后后尿道狭窄合并急性尿潴留患者,对所有患者均实施急诊治疗,探讨分析临床治疗效果.结果 在急诊状况下,通过对所有患者应用不同方法来进行膀胱减压,其中,一次性导尿成功的患者14例,接受尿道膀胱镜下治疗的患者10例,通过综合治疗后尿道狭窄并成功留置导尿管的患者36例. 结论 急诊情况下依据前列腺增生术后后尿道狭窄具体情况, 综合应用各种尿道腔内治疗是主要处理方法,而且疗效确切.

Clinical Analysis of 64 Cases with Posterior Urethral Stricture Combined with Acute Urine Retention after the Operation of Hyperplasia of Prostate Gland

Objective To discuss and analyze the emergency treatment method and the cavity treatment effect of posterior urethral stricture combined with acute urine retention after the operation of hyperplasia of prostate gland. Methods 64 cases of patients with posterior urethral stricture combined with acute urine retention after the operation of hyperplasia of prostate gland treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2014 were randomly selected and all patients were given emer-gency treatment, the clinical treatment effects were discussed and analyzed. Results In emergency situations, based on all patients using different methods for bladder decompression, among them, 14 cases of disposable catheterization were suc-cessful, 10 cases undergoing treatment for urethra cystoscope patients through comprehensive treatment of urethral stricture and indwelling catheter in 36 patients. Conclusion The comprehensive application of various urethral cavity treatments ac-cording to the specific situations of posterior urethral stricture after the operation of hyperplasia of prostate gland under the emergency circumstance is a main processing method and the curative effect is definite.
