利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

目的 探讨利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效. 方法 整群选取2014年1月—2015年1月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者86例作为研究对象. 随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组43例,对照组单纯应用二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上加用利拉鲁肽治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血糖控制情况及治疗总有效率. 结果 两组治疗前FPG、2hPG、HbA1c及胰岛素敏感指数比较无显著差异,治疗后两组四项指标均明显降低,但观察组改善效果更为显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后显效21例,有效20例,总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率(P<0.05). 结论 利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,较单纯二甲双胍治疗具有更好的血糖控制效果,治疗总有效率更高,具有临床应用及推广价值.

Clincial Curative Effect of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in Treat-ment of Type 2 Diabets

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabets. Methods 86 cases of patients with type 2 diabets treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group were treated with mere metformin, the observation group were treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group, the blood sugar control conditions and the total effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The dif-ferences in FPG,2hPG, HbA1c and insulin sensitivity indexes of the two groups before treatment were not obvious by com-parison, the four indexes of the two groups after treatment were obviously reduced after treatment, but the improvement ef-fect of the observation group was more obvious, and there were obvious differences compared with that of the control group, (P<0.05), after treatment, in the observation group, 21 cases were markedly efficient, 20 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 95.35%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabets has an obvious curative effect and a better blood sugar control effect than mere metformin treatment, and it has a higher treatment effective rate and is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
