布地奈德联合肺力咳治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果分析

目的 分析肺力咳联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取从2014年5月—2015年5月收治的70例小儿哮喘,按照随机数字法分为对照组(35)与观察组(35),对照组采取布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肺力咳治疗,对比两组患儿症状缓解时间、临床疗效以及不良反应. 结果 观察组平均治疗时间、咳嗽消失时间以及咳嗽缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为77.14%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为5.71%,对照组为22.86%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对小儿哮喘采用布地奈德联合肺力咳治疗,可明显改善患儿临床症状,效果明显,具有临床应用价值.

Clinical Effect Observation on Budesonide Combined with Pulmonary Cough in Treatment of Asthma in Children

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of budesonide combined with pulmonary cough in treatment of asthma in children. Methods 70 cases of patients with asthma in children treated from May 2014 to May 2015 were select-ed and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group were treated with budesonide, the obser-vation group were treated with budesonide combined with pulmonary cough, the symptom relief time, clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The average treatment time, cough disappearance time and cough relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (94.29%vs 77.14%) (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group( 5.71%vs 22.86%),(P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with pulmonary cough in treatment of asthma in children can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children and has an obvious effect, which is of high clinical application value.
