稳心颗粒与美托洛尔合并治疗室性期前收缩疗效探讨

目的 稳心颗粒与美托洛尔合并治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效观察. 方法 整群选取2013年8月—2014年8月该院收治的室性期前收缩患者68例,分为两组,单纯给予对照组患者美托洛尔治疗,研究组则采用稳心颗粒与美托洛尔合并治疗,观察两组治疗疗效. 结果 治疗后,研究组临床总有效率94.12%,明显高于对照组临床总有效率73.53%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 稳心颗粒与美托洛尔合并治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效较为显著,更为安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用.

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Wenxin Grannle Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Premature Ventricualr Contraction

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenxin grannle combined with metoprolol in treatment of premature ventricualr contraction. Methods 68 cases of patients with premature ventricualr contraction treated in our hospi-tal from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected and divided into control group and research group , the control group were given only metoprolol treatment and the research group were given Wenxin grannle combined with metoprolol treat-ment, the treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in clinic of the research group were 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that(73.53%) of the control group, the comparison was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05), however, the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the two groups was not significantly differ-ent (P>0.05). Conclusion Wenxin grannle combined with metoprolol in treatment of premature ventricualr contraction has a significant clinical curative effect and it is more safe and reliable, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
