摘    要:目的 探讨单纯放疗与同步放化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床效果. 方法 整群选取2012年1月—2014年1月该院收治的68例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,将其根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组34例.对照组给予单纯放疗治疗,观察组给予同步放化疗治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果. 结果 观察组总有效率为82.4%,明显高于对照组的55.9%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应为70.5%,高于对照组的29.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 与单纯放疗相比,同步放化疗的效果更佳,能有效提升治疗效果,对延长患者生存期而言具有重要意义;尽管不良反应较单纯放疗高,但治疗后患者均能耐受,不影响治疗效果.

Clinical Comparison of Mere Radiotherapy and Concurrent Radiation and Chemotherapy in Treatment of Cervical Carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of mere radiotherapy and concurrent radiation and chemotherapy in treat-ment of cervical carcinoma. Methods 68 cases of patients with cervical carcinoma treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each according to the dif-ferent treatment ways, the control group received mere radiotherapy treatment , the observation group received concurrent radiation and chemotherapy treatement, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (82.4%vs 55.9%), P<0.05, the adverse re-action in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (70.5% vs 29.4%), the differences were obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of concurrent radiation and chemotherapy is better than that of mere radiotherapy, which can effectively improve the treatment effect and is of important significance to prolonging the survival period of patients; al-though the toxic and side effect of concurrent radiation and chemotherapy were higher than that of mere radiotherapy, pa-tients were able to tolerate after treatment without affecting treatment effects.
