中西医结合康复治疗对脊髓损伤患者痉挛缓解的疗效探讨

目的 探讨中西医结合康复治疗对脊髓损伤患者痉挛的缓解作用. 方法 整群选取某院2012年6月—2014年10月72例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为对照组(n=36),给予常规康复治疗和观察组(n=36),给予中西医结合康复治疗.分别经过10周的康复治疗后,观察比较两组的并发症发生率. 结果 两组在进行康复治疗前,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 而经过不同的康复治疗后,观察组的恢复情况明显高于对照组,尤其是在1、1+及4级评定中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 脊髓损患者痉挛症状产生时,利用中西医结合治疗的方式,对于缓解患者痉挛症状的更为有效.

Curative Effect Study on Rehabilitation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for the Spasm Relief of Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

Objective To study the spasm relaxation effect of patients with spinal cord injury by rehabilitation of integrated chinese and western medicine. Methods 72 cases of patients with spinal cord injury treated in the hospital from June 2012 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each, the control group were given routine rehabilitation and the observation group were given rehabilitation of integrated chinese and western medicine, after 10 weeks of rehabilitation, the complication rates of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Before the rehabilitation, the difference between the two groups was not obvious ,which was not statistically signifi-cant(P>0.05),however, after the different rehabilitation, the recovery condition in the observation group was obviously high-er than that in the control group, especially in the 1, 1+and 4 grade evaluation, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment method of integrated chinese and western medicine can be more effective in reliv-ing spasm symptoms in patients with spinal cord injury.
