卡马西平联合多虑平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效探讨

目的 探讨卡马西平联合多虑平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取2013年4月—2014年4月该院收治的80例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分成观察组(40例)和对照组(40例). 给予观察组卡马西平联合多虑平治疗,给予对照组单纯卡马西平治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和治疗期间不良反应的发生情况. 结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%.两组以上指标差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05. 结论 给予原发性三叉神经痛患者卡马西平联合多虑平治疗能有效缓解病情,提高治疗总有效率,降低不良反应的发生机率,值得推广.

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Carbamazepine Combined with Dox-epin in the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of carbamazepine combined with doxepin in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each, the obser-vation group were given carbamazepine combined with doxepin treatment and the control group were given only carba-mazepine treatment, the treatment effects and the incidence condition of adverse reaction during the treatment period of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that (77.50%) in the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was 7.50%, which was lower than that (25.00%) in the control group, and the differences were significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Carbamazepine combined with dox-epin in the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia can effectively relieve the disease, improve the total ef-fective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, which is worth promoting.
