彩超下颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗死的研究分析

目的 探讨彩超下颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗死的研究分析. 方法 整群选取2014年7月—2015年7月在该院进行治疗的72例脑梗死患者作为研究组,选取同时期的32例非脑梗死患者作为对照组,所有患者均行彩超检查,并观察其动脉斑块稳定性以及对其颈动脉斑块进行对比. 结果 72例脑梗死患者中共59例患者检测出颈动脉粥样斑块,检出率为81.9%,32例非脑梗死患者中共2例患者检测出颈动脉粥样斑块,检测率为6.3%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而脑梗死患者斑块通常为软斑和溃疡斑块,好发部位多存在于颈动脉分叉处. 结论 颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗死发生有关,不稳定性斑块形成是脑梗死发生的主要危险因素.

Research and Analysis under Ultrasound Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaques and Cerebral Infarction

Objective Discussion Research Analysis ultrasound carotid atherosclerotic plaques and cerebral infarction. Methods 72 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research group, 32 cases of patients without cerebral infarction treated in the same period were selected as the control group, all patients were given color doppler ultrasound examination, and the stability of carotid plaques of them was ob-served and the carotid plaques of the two groups were compared. Results Carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques were detect-ed in 59 patients of the 72 cases with cerebral infarction, the detection rate was 81.9%, carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques were detected in 2 patients of the 32 cases without cerebral infarction, the detection rate was 6.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the plaques of patients with cerebral infarction were usually belts and ulcer plaques, the predilection sites mostly exist at bifurcation of the carotid artery. Conclusion Carotid atherosclerotic plaque is related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction, and the unstable plaque formation is a major risk factor for cerebral infarction.
