腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果探讨

目的 研究腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果.方法 整群选取该院2013年3—11月收治的90例腹股沟疝患者,按照手术方法不同,抽签随机分为经腹腔膜前修补术(TAPP)组和完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)组,每组各45例. 观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、恢复正常活动时间以及术后24 h的疼痛程度评分(VAS). 结果 TEP组手术时间(61.5±10.8)min、手术费用(7210.0±1200.0)元相较对TAPP组(72.4±12.4)min、(7842.0±1640.0)元显著较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TEP患者术后24hVAS(2.64±0.28)分相较TAPP(3.06±0.18)分显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 TEP修补术治疗腹股沟疝能有效缩短手术时间,节约成本,减轻患者痛苦,具有较高的临床价值.

Effect Observation on Laparoscopic Totally Extraperitoneal Hernioplasty in Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 90 cases of patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into TAPP group and TEP group with 45 cases in each, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, resume normal activity time and postoperative 24h pain score (VAS) of the two groups were observed. Results The operation time and operation cost was respectively(61.5±10.8)min and (7210.0±1200.0) yuan in the TEP group, which were obviously less than those (72.4±12.4)min and (7842.0±1640.0)yuan in the TAPP group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), 24hVAS in the TEP group was obviously lower than that in the TAPP group (2.64±0.28)points vs (3.06±0.18) points and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TEP hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia can effectively shorten the operation time, save the costs and reduce the pains in patients , which is of high clinical value.
