替吉奥联合奥沙利铂有效性及不良反应的报道分析

目的 分析替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗胃癌有效性及不良反应. 方法 整群选取该院2011年5月—2013年2月收治的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例患者. 对照组患者采用奥沙利铂进行治疗, 观察组患者使用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂进行治疗. 然后观察两组患者治疗的总有效率和不良反应发生率. 结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率为88.00%,不良反应发生率为4.00%;对照组患者治疗的总有效率为60.00%,不良反应发生率为30.00%. 观察组患者治疗的总有效率和不良反应发生率明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05). 结论 替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗胃癌的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得在临床上广泛推广和应用.

Report and Analysis of Effectiveness and Adverse Reactions of S-1 Com-bined with Oxaliplatin

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and adverse reactions of S-1 combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 100 cases of gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with oxaliplatin, the observation group were treated with S-1 combined with oxaliplatin, the total treatment effective rates and incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total treatment effective rate and inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group (88.00% vs 60.00%), (4.00%vs 30.00%), (P<0.05). Conclusion S-1 combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of gastric cancer has an obvious curative effect and few adverse reaction, which is worthy of wide promotion and application.
