舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效探讨

目的 探讨舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取该院2012年9月—2014年11月收治的120例急性脑梗死住院患者随机分为治疗组(舒血宁注射液组)61例和对照组(丹参滴注液组)59例,在治疗前和治疗两周后进行神经功能缺损评分和血液流变学指标及疗效检测.结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著改善(P<0.01),血液流变学指标较对照组也有明显改善(P<0.05). 治疗组基本治愈19例,显著有效22 例,有效17 例,总有效率95.1%. 对照组基本治愈12例,显著有效15例,有效 13例,总有效率67.8%. 两组治疗后疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01). 结论 舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效明显优于丹参滴注射液.

Curative Effect Observation on Shuxuening Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of shuxuening injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarc-tion. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from September 2012 to November 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group with 61 cases and control group with 59 cases, the treatment group were treated with shuxuening injection, the control group were treated with danshen injection, the neurologic impairment was scored and the blood rheology indexes and curative effects were detected before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results The neurologic impairment score of the treatment group was obviously improved (P<0.01), the blood rheology in-dexes were obviously improved compared with those in the control group, (P<0.05), in the treatment group, 19 cases were cured basically, 22 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 95.1%, in the control group, 12 cases were cured basically, 15 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, and the total effec-tive rate was 67.8%, the curative effects of the two groups were compared and the difference was statistically significant P<0.01. Conclusion The curative effect of shuxuening injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction was obviously better than that in the danshen injection.
