交锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效

目的 探讨交锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效.方法 整群选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月的胫腓骨骨折患者共86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例. 给予对照组锁定钢板内固定治疗. 给予观察组交锁髓内钉固定治疗.观察临床效果. 结果 观察组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为88.4%,观察组高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 采用交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折,提升了治疗效率.

Curative Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing Fixation and Locking Compression Plate Fixation in Treatment of Tbiofibular Fracture

Objective To discuss the curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation and locking compression plate fixation in treatment of tibiofibular fracture. Methods 86 cases of patients with tibiofibular fracture treated in our hos-pital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group were given locking compression plate fixation, the observation group were given interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation ,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (100% vs 88.4%), there was difference between the two groups and the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation in treatment of tibiofibular fracture can improve the treatment efficiency.
