腹腔镜治疗慢性萎缩性结石性胆囊炎临床探讨

目的 探讨分析腹腔镜治疗慢性萎缩性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效. 方法 回顾性分析2012年3月—2014年12月间在该院治疗的74例慢性萎缩性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床记录资料,按照数字随机法将其分为两组:治疗组37例,应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组37例,应用开腹胆囊切除术治疗. 治疗后比较两组手术时间、术中出血量等观察指标以及不良反应情况. 结果 治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间分别为(40.57±7.14) min、(50.33±10.62)mL、(18.16±4.45)h、(4.68±1.15)d, 均明显少于对照组, 并发症发生率为13.51%, 也低于对照组的35.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 腹腔镜手术治疗慢性萎缩性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Observation of Chronic Atrophic Calculous Cholecystitis Treated with Laparoscope

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of chronic atrophic calculous cholecystitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 74 cases with chronic atrophic calculous cholecysti-tis treated in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2014. The patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 37 cases in each. The treatment group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while the control group were treated by open cholecystectomy. After treatment, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss and other indicators of observation and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay was (40.57±7.14) min, (50.33±10.62)mL, (18.16±4.45) h,(4.68±1.15)d, which was significantly less than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was much lower in the treatment group than that in the control group (13.51% vs 35.14%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic calculous cholecystitis, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
