微波热疗联合放射治疗对晚期胃癌患者的疗效及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨微波热疗与放射联合治疗对晚期胃癌患者的疗效及生活质量的影响. 方法 整群选取2013 年6月—2015年7月该院收治的84例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组应用放射治疗,观察组应用微波热疗治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效及生活质量. 结果 观察组近期总有效率(82.35%)高于对照组(58.82%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组干预后社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、躯体功能及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 微波热疗与放射联合治疗能有效提高晚期胃癌患者临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量.

Effect of Microwave Hyperthermia Combined with Radiation Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer and on Their Quality of Life

Objective To investigate the effect of microwave hyperthermia combined with radiation therapy in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer and on their quality of life. Methods 84 cases with advanced gastric cancer admit-ted from June 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each. The control group were treated by radiation therapy, the observation group were treated by microwave hyperthermia combined with radiation therapy. The clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The recent overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with a statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups (82.35% vs 58.82%) (P<0.05). After intervention, the social function, emotional function, cog-nitive function, role function, physical function and the total scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia combined with radiation therapy can improve the clinical outcome and the quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
