半夏泻心汤加味治疗反流性食管炎的疗效探讨

目的 探讨半夏泻心汤加味治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取该院2013年2月—2015年7月收治的120例反流性食管炎患者,随机分为两组,每组60例.观察组采取中医半夏泻心汤加味治疗,对照组采取西药奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,比较两组治疗效果. 结果 观察组中医症候疗效总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组, P<0.01;观察组内镜疗效总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组,P<0.01;观察组复发率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的46.67%,P<0.01. 结论 半夏泻心汤加味治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著,复发少,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy Observation of Banxiaxiexin Soup Modified Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Banxiaxiexin soup modified treatment of reflux esophagitis. Meth-ods 120 cases of reflux esophagitis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divid-ed into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The observation group were given TCM banxiaxiexin soup modified for treat-ment, the control group were given western medicine Omeprazole combined with mosapride for treatment, the therapeutic ef-fect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of TCM symptoms of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than the control group,P<0.01; The total effective rate of endoscopic of the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group,P<0.01;The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%, signifi-cantly lower than the 46.67% in the control group,P<0.01. Conclusion The effect of Banxiaxiexin soup modified treatment of reflux esophagitis is significantly, less recurrence, worthy of clinical application.
