强直性脊柱炎人工全髋关节置换31例临床分析

目的 对强直性脊柱炎患者行人工全髋关节置换术 (Total hip Arthroplasty, THA) 的临床效果进行分析探讨.方法 整群选取该院2012年1月—2013年1月收治的61例(77髋)强直性脊柱炎患者按照治疗方法 分为对照组与观察组,对照组30例(37髋)患者以西药治疗,观察组31例患者(40髋)行THA术,对比两组患者的治疗效果及主观满意度. 结果 观察组治疗优良率为93.55%,对照组治疗优良率为80.00%,观察组治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05). 观察组的手术效果满意度为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 对强直性脊柱炎患者开展人工全髋关节置换术能够有效提高手术效果,促进患者预后,值得临床推广应用.

Clincial Analysis of Total Hip Arthroplasty for 31 Cases with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty for patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 61 cases (77 hips) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were divided into control groups with 30 cases and observation group with 31 cases, the control group (37 hips) were treated with western medicine, the observation group were treated with THA operation, the treatment effect and subjective satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment excellent and good rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (93.55%vs 80.00%) (P<0.05), the satisfactory of operation effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (96.67%vs 73.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty for patients with ankylosing spondylitis can effectively improve the operation effect and promote the patient's prognosis, which is worthy of promotion and application.
