磁共振在膝关节隐匿性骨折患者中的应用及诊断价值

目的 探讨在膝关节隐匿性骨折中采用磁共振进行诊断的临床价值.方法 整群选取该院2014年2—12月期间收治的60例隐匿性骨折患者为研究对象,对所有入选研究的患者行X线检查和磁共振检查,然后就两种方法的检查结果进行综合性的比较和分析. 结果 两种方法在检测结果比较,磁共振检测,结果为阳性的患者共计60例,检测阳性率为100.00%,X线检测结果为阳性的患者共计0例,两种方法阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=200.00,P=0.000 0). 结论 针对膝关节隐匿性骨折患者采用磁共振进行诊断,检出率更高,更为后期的治疗提供科学依据.

Application and Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonance in Patients with Occult Fracture of Knee Joint

Objective To deeply study the clinical value of magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of patients with occult frac-ture of knee Joint. Methods 60 cases of patients with occult fracture of knee joint treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research object, and all the selected patients were given X-ray detection and magnetic resonance detection, the detection results of the two methods were comprehensively compared and analyzed. Re-sults By comparison, the results showed that positive patients were 60 cases in total by magnetic resonance detection and 0 by X-ray detection, and the positive detection rate was 100.00%, the difference between the two methods was statistically significant(x2=200.00, P=0.0000). Conclusion Magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of patients with occult fracture of knee joint has a higher detection rate, which can provide scientific basis for the treatment in late stage.
