微创血肿碎吸术治疗外伤性颅内血肿的临床疗效

目的 探讨外伤性颅内血肿采用微创血肿碎吸术治疗的临床效果.方法 整群选取入选该院2014年4月—2015年4月符合标准的外伤性颅内血肿患者128例,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和治疗组,每组64例;对照组患者实施开颅手术治疗,治疗组患者实施微创血肿碎吸术治疗,观察两组患者术后的疗效、并发症及各项临床指标情况.结果 两组患者治疗后,病情均有改善,但治疗组患者GCS评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数情况显著优于对照组,治疗组患者术后并发症34.4%显著优于对照组的84.4%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 微创血肿碎吸术治疗外伤性颅内血肿,有效的促进了患者神经功能的康复,血肿清除效果显著,创伤小,并发症少,逐渐成为临床治疗颅内血肿的重要手段之一,值得推广.

Clinical Curative Effect of Microinvasion Skill of Eliminating Hematoma in Treatment of Traumatic Intracranial Hematoma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of microinvasion skill of eliminating hematoma in treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods 8128 cases of patients with up-to-standard traumatic intracranial hematoma treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each according to the different treatment methods, the control group were given craniotomy operation, the treatment group were given microinva-sion skill of eliminating hematoma, the postoperative curative effects, complications and other clinical indicators in patients of the two groups were observed. Results Patient's condition of the two groups was improved after treatment, however, the GCS score, NIHSS score and Barthel index in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the control group, the postoperative complications in the treatment group were obviously better than that in the control group (34.4% vs 84.4%), and the outcomes were statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusion Microinvasion skill of eliminating hematoma in treat-ment of traumatic intracranial hematoma can effectively promote the rehabilitation of neurological function in patients and has an obvious hematoma removal effect with small trauma and few complications, which gradually becomes an important means of treating intracranial hematoma and it is worth promoting.
