摘 要: | 目的 探讨和分析乳腺非肿块型病变患者使用超声诊断的方法 以及效果. 方法 随机选择2014年7月—2015年7月来该院经过穿刺活检病理或者手术确诊为乳腺非肿块型病变的50例患者临床资料作为研究对象, 并对其超声资料进行回顾分析,与病理结果 进行对照.结果 50例非肿块型乳腺病变患者中共有34例恶性病变,占患者总数的68%;16例非恶性病变,占患者总数的32%,超声诊断和患者穿刺活检和手术病理诊断结果 相同的共有39例,诊断准确率为78%. 结论 超声诊断在乳腺非肿块型病变患者临床诊断中能够达到显著的敏感性要求,但是,其特异性相对较低,通过结合其他不同的影像学检查方式对患者进行检查,配合使用腋下淋巴结异常技术能够保证诊断准确率得到进一步提升,值得在今后的临床诊断过程中进行使用和推广.

Abstract: | Objective To discuss and analyze the method and effect of the application of ultrasonic diagnosis in patients with breast non-mass lesion. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients diagnosed with breast non-mass lesion by biopsy pathology through puncture and surgery in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research object and their ultrasonic data were retrospectively analyzed compared with the pathological results. Results Of the 50 cases with non-mass breast lesion, 34 cases were malignant lesions accounting for 68% in the total number of patients, 16 cases were non-malignant lesions accounting for 32%in the total number of patients, 39 cases had the same diagnostic re-sults by ultrasound diagnosis and biopsy pathology through puncture and surgical pathology diagnosis and the diagnostic ac-curacy rate was 78%. Conclusion Ultrasonic in the clinical diagnosis of breast non-mass lesion can meet the obvious sensi-tivity requirements but its specificity was relatively lower, by combining with the other different imaging examination ways to examine patients, with axillary lymph node abnormal technology can guarantee a further improvement in the diagnostic accuracy rate, which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical diagnosis in future. |
