彩超对剖宫产患者瘢痕妊娠的诊断及临床疗效探讨

目的 探讨应用彩超对剖宫产患者瘢痕妊娠的临床治疗价值. 方法 整群选取2012年1月—2015年3月就诊于该院诊断为剖宫产后瘢痕妊娠患者34例,分析其在超声下声像图的特点,并监测其疗效. 结果 该研究中有首次误诊患者4例,其诊断准确率为88.2%,依照其在超声下的声像图特点及回声不同可以分成孕囊型24例和包块型10例;而根据妊娠物的不同的生长方式可以分成内生型27例及外生型7例. 结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声可以正确诊断剖宫产瘢痕妊娠,较好的分型有助于治疗方案的选择,更有利于对疗效进行评估.

Diagnosis of Scar Pregnancy in C-sect Patients by Color Doppler Ultrasound and Its Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective To discuss the clinical treatment value of scar pregnancy in C-sect patients by Color Doppler ultra-sound. Methods 34 cases diagnosed as scar pregnancy patients after C-sect in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected and their characteristics of ultrasonic image were analyzed and its curative effect was monitored. Re-sults The diagnostic accuracy rate was 88.2% with 4 cases misdiagnosed for the first time, and they could be divided into 24 cases in pregnant sac type and 10 cases in enclosed mass type according to the characteristics of ultrasonic image and echoes, and they also could be divided into 27 cases in endogenous type and 7 cases in exogenous type according to the different growth patterns of pregnancy. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can make correct diagnosis of C-sect scar pregnancy, and better classification is helpful to the choice of treatment plan, better to evaluate the curative effect.
