血压、血糖、血脂与脑卒中复发的相关性研究

目的 探讨高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症与脑血管病复发的关系.方法 对1016例脑血管病患者的临床资料进行分析,其中336例为复发性卒中.采集后者此次发病时血压水平、血糖及血脂数据,并与同期入院的680例首次发病患者的血压、血糖、血脂水平进行比较,明确以上伴发疾病的控制对脑血管病二级预防的作用.结果 复发性脑血管病患者血压、血糖、血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白控制不良明显高于首次发病者(P值分别为0.023、0.001、0.028),二者之间存在显著性差异,但甘油三酯异常对复发脑血管病影响不大.结论 血压、血糖、血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白是脑血管病再发的最主要风险,应在脑血管病二级预防中充分重视.

Relationship between the recurrence of stroke and hypertension, diatetes and hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia with the recurrence of stroke. Methods 1016 cases of stroke including 336 cases of recurrence were analyzed. The blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid level of these 336 cases were compared with those patients who had the first stroke, The affect of these factors on the recurrence of stroke was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in high blood pressure and high blood sugar level, elevated total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein between patients with recurrence stroke and those with the first stroke, but triglyerides was not the major risk to the recurrence of brain vessel disease (P different are 0.023, 0.001, 0.028). Conclusions Hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia are the major risk to the recurrence of brain vessel disease. These factors should be highlighted in the prevention of stroke recurrence.
