新时期军队医院科研运行机制及管理对策探讨

本文以科学发展观为指导,立足于新时期军队医院科研工作特点,结合军队医院科研管理的影响因素分析,在军队医院系统化科管体系建立、科研支撑条件建设、科研资源优化配置、完善科研管理制度及标准、注重科研管理信息化、提高科研过程表达水平等方面,对新时期军队医院科研运行机制建立及管理对策进行探讨,提出了军队医院科研管理方向及目标等观点,为逐步建立适应军队医院建设与发展的高层次科研管理体系,提高科研管理水平及整体实力提供借鉴经验。

Operation Mechanism and Management Countermeasures for Scientific Research in Military Hospitals in New Period

To study on operation mechanism and management countermeasures for scientific research of military hospitals in the new period, guided by the scientific development view, considering the characteristics and the influence factors of the military hospital scientific research, which included establishing systematic scientific research management system and providing supporting conditions, optimizing configuration of resources, making perfect scientific research management system and standard, emphasizing on Scientific management information and improving the level of expression on research process. At last the direction and goals of military hospital scientific research management were proposed and referential experience was provided for establish a high - level scientific management system which can improve the management level and the overall strength to adapt to development of military hospital construction.
