摘    要:目的 了解我院细菌耐药趋势。方法  1998~ 2 0 0 0年我院细菌室临床分离的每年前 10位细菌 ,细菌鉴定及药敏试验采用美国Baxter公司的McroscanAuto 4型分析仪。结果 铜绿色假单胞菌、不动杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、类肠球菌、屎肠球菌列入前 10位致病菌 ,MRSA在金黄色葡萄球菌中所占比例由 4%上升到 44% ,粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌检出万古霉素中介菌株。大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、铜绿色假单胞菌对三代头胞类抗生素耐药率明显增高。结论 我院细菌耐药呈上升趋势。抗生素管理需加大力度

Abstract:Objective To study the tendency of the drug resistance of bacteria in our hospital. Methods The bacterium strains were collected from the hospital lab of bacteriology and the top common 10 strains of bacteria during 1998 to 2000 were selected for the test. The Mcroscan Auto-4 analyzer of Baxter Company in U.S. was adopted in bacterial identification and drug sensitive tests. Results Bacterium aeruginosum, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Stenotrophomonas Maltophilia, Fecal enterococcus and Enterococcus facium were listed on the top common 10 pathogenic bacteria. The percentages of MRSA in Staphylococcus aureus increased from 4% to 44%. Vancomycin-mediated strains were detected in the Fecal enterococcus and Enterococcus facium. The drug resistance rose significantly in E.Coli, Bacterium Klebosiellar and Bacterium aeruginosum against the third-generation cephalosporins. Conclusions The drug resistance of bacteria in the hospital is on the rise. It is needed to strengthen the management of antibiotics.
