我院184例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生规律和特点，为临床提供药品安全性信息。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，利用全国药品不良反应监测网络对我院2004年1月～2007年8月上报的ADR报告检索统计，并将检索数据进行汇总分析。结果：184例报告中，男女性别比例无明显差异，10岁以下和60岁以上患者的ADR发生率高于其他年龄段；发生ADR的药品以抗微生物药最多见；静脉注射给药较其他给药途径更易发生ADR；ADR的临床表现累及系统-器官以皮肤及其附件的损害最多见；严重不良反应为过敏性休克和听力降低。结论：抗微生物药品是不良反应监测的重点，提高临床安全用药意识，加强药品不良反应监测，确保用药安全。

ADR Reports in Our Hospital: Analysis of 184 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To study the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurred in our hospital to provide drug safety information. METHODS： Using state ADR monitoring network, 184 ADR cases collected in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Aug. 2006 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Of the total 184 ADR cases, no significant difference was noted in sex, but the incidence rate of ADR in patients aged below 10 or above 60 was higher than in other age groups. The majority of ADR were related to antimicrobial drugs and more often induced by intravenous injection. Skin and its adjunct was the main presentation of ADRs. The most serious ADRs were allergic shock and hearing impairment. CONCLUSION： An emphasis should be laid on the ADR of antimicrobial drugs. It is important to improve people＇s awareness of drug safety, strengthen ADR monitoring and ensure safe medication.
