| 摘 要： | 采用ELISA法检测了 33例增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR )患者视网膜下液sFas和sICAM 1、sVCAM 1的水平。结果表明sFas水平明显高于血清水平 ,而sICAM 1和sVCAM 1水平则明显低于血清水平。提示sFas可能参与了PVR的发病过程。

Expression and Biological Function of sFas in Subretinal Fluids |

| Abstract: | To observe the expression and function of sFas,sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 in subretinal fluids of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR),we measured the subretinal fluids levels of sFas,sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 in 33 patients with PVR The results showed that the levels of soluble sFas in subretinal fluids of PVR were found to be significantly elevated in comparison with those in serum (15 25±4 99ng/ml vs 11 03±2 53ng/ml),but the soluble ICAM 1 and VCAM 1 levels decreased (108.11±52.06ng/ml Vs 219.29±104.92ng/ml,227.84±139.72ng/ml Vs 662.47±283.94ng/ml) It suggests that sFas may play an important role in pathogenesis of PVR |
