| 摘 要： | 目的探讨麝香保心丸对培养的人结肠癌细胞LoVo分泌碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和细胞周期的影响。方法分别用含药血清和药液培养细胞,用酶联免疫吸附法检测上清液中bFGF含量,流式细胞仪测细胞周期。结果除G2／G1小牛血清组高于其他组以外,各组之间其余指标无显著差异。结论麝香保心丸对人结肠癌细胞LoVo分泌bFGF和细胞周期无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective This paper studied the influence of "Shexiang Baoxin Pill" on the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and cell cycle of LoVo Human Colon Cancer Cell Line. Methods ELISA was used to analyse the concentration of bFGF; meanwhile flow cytometer was used to investigate cell cycle. Results Except G2/G1 of the normal group was higher than other groups (P<0.05), there were no significant difference on the other targets we investigated. Conclusion "Shexiang Baoxin Pill" may not affect the bFGF and cell cycle of LoVo Human Colon Cancer Cell Line. |
