味精对细胞遗传毒性的初步研究

摘    要:本文通过小鼠骨髓微核试验和胎肝微核试验研究了味精对哺乳动物体细胞遗传损伤的影响,同时也反应受试物对胚胎细胞染色体作用的影响。经连续5天的亚急性染毒,结果均呈现阴性反应。表明味精对小鼠骨髓细胞及胎肝细胞在短时间内不产生染色体损伤作用。

Abstract:Cytogenetic damage in'duced by monosdium glutamate was evaluated by determining the frequencies of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes of the bone marrow of mice,and of the foetal-liver of mice,all of the 3 treated groups as compared with the negative control. no significant-difference was observed in the frequencies of micronucleus ploychromatic eryjhroytes. In the micronucleus test of foetal-liver. monosodium glutamate was administered orally to the same groups as the bone marow test. In all the dose groups,there were no remarkable increases in comparison with the control group in frequencies of micronucleus (PCE) occur. The above mentioned results have revealed that monosodium glutamate has no genetoxicity in somatic and foetal cell of mice.
