中医辨证治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的:观察对功能性的消化不良(脾胃气虚型)患者予以中医辨证施治的临床效果。方法:对我院自2008年11月～2011年11月以来,于我科治疗的160例功能性的消化不良(脾胃气虚型)患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为AB两组,B组60例予以西药进行常规治疗,A组100例在B组基础上予以中药内服与温针灸进行联合治疗,两组均治疗4周。结果:A组有42例临床治愈,有54例治疗有效,其总有效率达到96.0%(96/100);B组18例临床治愈,有26例治疗有效,其总有效率仅73.3%(44/60),两组相较,差异显著(P0.05)。结论:对功能性的消化不良(脾胃气虚型)患者予以中医辨证施治,疗效确切,不仅能够显著的改善患者临床症状,而且中药的副作用也较少,应予推广。

Clinical observation on treating functional dyspepsia in TCM

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of TCM in treating functional dyspepsia (Spleen and stomach Qi type). Methods: From November 2008 to November 2011, clinical data of 160 patients with functional dyspepsia (stomach Deficiency) were retrospectively analyzed, patients were divided into two groups, group B (60 cases) was given conventional western medicine treatment, group A (100 cases) was treated by Chinese medicine and acupuncture on the base of treatment of group B, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results: In group A, 42 cases were cured, effective in 54 cases, the total effective rate was 96.0% (96/100); in group B, 18 cases were cured, effective in 26 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3% (44/60), compared with the two groups, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM was effective in treating functional dyspepsia, not only can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms, but also fewer side effects, and should be promoted.
