经尿道等离子电切加膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌

目的评价经尿道等离子电切术加盐酸吉西他滨与卡介苗交替膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌的疗效。方法60例浅表性膀胱癌患者，均采用经尿道等离子电切术治疗后，分为对照组及观察组。观察组采用盐酸吉西他滨与卡介苗交替膀胱灌注。对照组采用盐酸吉西他滨联合卡介苗膀胱灌注。结果对照组与观察组的复发率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组淋巴细胞转化率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组副作用发生率少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论经尿道等离子电切术加盐酸吉西他滨与卡介苗交替膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效可靠、副作用小，建议临床推广。

The effects of transurethral plasmakinetic resection combined with bladder perfusion in treatment of superficial bladder cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection plus gemcitabine hydrochloride and BCG alternate irrigation of bladder in treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Methods Sixty patients with superficial bladder cancer were treated by transurethral treatment.Then,divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group: the use of gemcitabine hydrochloride and BCG,alternation for irrigation of bladder.The control group: the use of gemcitabine hydrochloride combined with intravesical instillation of BCG.Results The recurrence rate between the control group and observation group,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the lymphocyte transformation rate in two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The incidence of side effects of the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection plus gemcitabine hydrochloride and BCG alternate irrigation of bladder in treatment of superficial bladder cancer has reliable curative effect,little side effect and recommendations in clinical use.
