| 摘 要： | 报告3例残留性多指症。患者双手小指尺侧或单侧拇指桡侧出生时即有肤色丘疹，无明显自觉症状，不伴有眼、齿、指（趾）发育不良。组织病理学检查示真皮乳头层大量触觉小体，真皮网状层内见增多的神经纤维束。

| Abstract: | Three cases of rudimentary polydactyly are reported. The patient presented with skin-colored vegetation located at the ulnar side of bilateral fifth fingers or on the radial aspect of the thumb. The lesions were present since birth and asymptomatic. There were no signs of oculodentodigital dysplasia. Histologically, the dermal papillae contained many Meissner corpuscles, and the reticular dennis contained increased numbers of nerve fascicles. |
