上尿路内翻性乳头状瘤3例

目的：总结上尿路内翻性乳头状瘤的诊治经验。方法：回顾性分析３例本病患者复习文献。结果：３例均行开放手术治疗，并在术中，术后得到病理证实；２例获得随访，疗效确切。结论：对于上尿路内翻性乳头状瘤术前较难确诊，单发病灶可行病灶切除术，多发病灶必要时可行肾及输尿管大部分切除术。

Inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract(Report of 3 cases and review of the literature)

Puropose:To sum up the experience of diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract.Methods:Clinical data of 3 cases of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract were analysed retrospectively and reviewed with related literatures. Results:3 cases were treated by open operation and diagnosis was confirmed by interoperative and postoperative pathological examinations. 2 cases of them were followedup for several years.Conclusions:It is difficult to make a definitive preoperative diagnosis of inverted papilloma in upper urinary tract. Solitary lesion may be treated by local excision. Extensive lesion should be resected including kidney and ureter.
