纤维喉镜下咽鼓管疏通注药治疗分泌性中耳炎60例临床分析

目的:总结并分析在显示器监视下经纤维喉镜咽鼓管注气疏通 注药治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:在显示器监视下使用造影用输尿管导管经纤维喉镜活检孔插入咽鼓管行咽鼓管吹张 注药治疗分泌性中耳炎60例72耳。结果:随访观察3～6个月,显效30耳,占41.7%,有效21耳,占29.2%,无效21耳,占29.2%,总有效率70.9%。结论:该方法操作简单,不适感轻微,儿童也能接受,随访患者无并发症发生,是改善分泌性中耳炎患者咽鼓管功能、提高其听力的一种适宜方法。

Recanalizing and Instilling Liquid Medicine into Eustachian Tube on Laryngoscope in Patients with Secretory Otitis Media: a Clinical Analyses of 60 Cases

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the treatment recanalizing and instilling liquid medicine into the Eustachian tube under the fibre laryngoscope. Methods:Sixty patients (72 ears) with secretory otitis media were treated on fibre laryngoscope by recanalizing and instilling liquid medicine into the Eustachian tube. Results:Afterclinicalobserva- tion of 3~6 months, 41.7% (30 ears) of the patients were significantly effective, 29.2% (21 ears) were effective, and 29.2% (21 ears) were ineffective. The total efficiency rate was 70.9%. Conclusion: This method is easy to operate and of little complication. It is a favorable way for the Eustachian tube function straightened up.
