| 摘 要： | 目的分析荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)在脉络膜挫伤诊断中的意义。方法81例(82眼)脉络膜挫伤进行FFA及常规眼科检查。结果82眼中63眼(76.83%)显示为脉络膜破裂。其中38眼破裂与出血并存。裂口<1DD者17眼,占26.98%。造影前眼底检查未发现裂口及出血者12眼,占14.63%。结论FFA能最大限度地发现脉络膜挫伤病灶,尤其是检眼镜下未能发现的微小、隐匿的破裂与出血;能客观地确定损伤部位、层次及程度范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical application of fudus fluorescein angiography(FFA) in choroidal contusion. Methods 81 cases (82 eyes) of fudus changes of the choroidal contusion were examined with FFA. Results 63 eyes (76.83%) were the traumatic choroidal rupture in the 82 eyes,in the 63 eyes,38 eyes were coincidence with choroidal hemorrhage and rupture.Wounds of choroidal rupture<1DD were 17 eyes (26.98%).Choroidal hemorrhage and rupture (weren't) found in 12 eyes (14.63%) before FFA. Conclusion FFA has unique superiority in diagnosis of choroidal contusion,especially for the small and latent choroidal hemorrhage and rupture. |
