P33~(ING1b)、P53与HPV_(16/18)在宫颈癌中表达的相关性

摘    要:目的:研究P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白及HPV16/18在宫颈癌中表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测了80例宫颈癌组织中P 33ING1b和P 53蛋白的表达,分析HPV16/18型在宫颈癌中的感染率与P 33ING1b及P 53的关系。结果:P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白的阳性率分别为41.25%和57.50%,共阳性表达25例(31.25%),两者间有相关性(P<0.01)。HPV 16阳性为54例(67.50%);HPV 18阳性为17例(21.25%)。HPV 16阳性例数中有39例P 53阳性(72.2%),有31例P 33ING1b阳性(57.41%),HPV 18阳性例数中有11例P 53阳性(64.71%),有9例P 33ING1b阳性(52.94%);宫颈癌组织中HPV16/18的感染与P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白表达之间均有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关关系,HPV16/18在宫颈癌中的感染与P 33ING1b、P 53蛋白表达均有相关性。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the significance of p 33~(ING1b),p 53 protein and HPV_(16/18) expression in cervical cancer tissues and their correlation.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was employed to detect the expressions of p 33(ING1b) and p 53 proteins and HPV_(16/18) infection in 80 cases of cervical cancer to analyze their relationship.Results:The positive rates of p 33~(ING1b) protein and of p 53 protein were 41.25 % and 57.50% respectively.Both p 33~(ING1b) protein and p 53 protein were positive in 25 cases(31.25 %).The expression of p 33~(ING1b) was significantly correlated with that of p53 protein(P<0.01).HPV16/18 had 39 cases(72.2%) positive of p 53 and 31 cases(57.41%) positive of p 33~(ING1b) among the positive cases of HPV16 and had 11 cases(64.71%) positive of p53 and 31 cases(52.94%) positive of p 33~(ING1b) among the positive cases of HPV 18.The correlation of HPV_(16/18) infection with the expression of p 33~(ING1b) and p 53 proteins was significant correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of p~(33ING1b) protein is positive correlation with the expression of p 53 protein,HPV_(16/18) infection has a close relationship with p 33~(ING1b) and p 53 proteins expression.
