Effects of Atorvastatin Combined with Clopidogrel on High- sensitivity C Reactive Protein, Blood Lipids and Total Ischemic Events in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective：To evaluate the effects of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on high-sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,blood lipids and cardiac-vascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods： 93 ACS patients were randomly divided into control group（atorvastatin alone） and treatment group（atorvastatin plus clopidogrel）.After 6 weeks of treatment,the changes in serum hs-CRP,lipid concentration and the total difference in the incidence of ischemic events were observed.Results： ①The hs-CRP and blood lipids levels of patients significantly decreased in both groups after six-week treatment（p0.05）.②Compared with the control group,the hs-CRP levels of treatment group decreased more significantly（p0.05）;The decline in blood lipid levels after treatment were not statistically significant（p0.05）.③After treatment,compared with the control group,the overall incidence of ischemic events decreased significantly（p0.05） in the treatment group.Conclusion： Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel can significantly decrease hs-CRP levels in patients with ACS,and therefore reducing the total ischemic events.
