| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨染色体核型为45,XO个体性别分化。方法:收集3260例外周血和579例羊水进行细胞培养及染色体核型分析。结果:3260例外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析,49例被确诊为45,XO携带者,其社会性别和生殖系统均为女性;579例羊水染色体核型分析中先后发现2例45,XO的胎儿,孕妇知情后自愿引产,引产后发现第一例胎儿生殖系统为女性,第二例胎儿生殖系统为男性。结论:染色体核型为45,XO个体大部分分化为女性,但少数可能向男性分化。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the sex differentiation of individual with chromosome karyotype 45,XO.Methods：3260 blood samples and 579 amniotic fluid samples were collected to culture the cells for analysis on chromosome karyotype.Results：49 cases in 3260 blood samples were diagnosed as 45,XO,their social gender and reproductive system are female;In 579 amniotic fluid samples,2 cases were diagnosed as 45,XO.Both pregnant women voluntarily choose artificial labor when informed,the result confirmed that one reproductive system is female and the other is male.Conclusion：Most individuals with chromosome karyotype 45,XO can differentiate to female,but a few can differentiate to male. |
