| 摘 要： | 目的:矿物油在人体内可能导致健康问题,但在许多动物养殖场和疫苗制造厂家仍然使用白油作为疫苗佐剂,了解白油在鸡体肌胃、腺胃、小肠中的残留情况.方法:通过一个模拟疫苗接种的模式,即采用矿物油注射15日龄雏鸡,运用GC-MS测定注射后不同时期鸡体这些器官矿物油残留的情况.结果:在注射56天后仍能从一些器官中检测到矿物油残留....
