45例百草枯中毒患者救治分析

Treatment Analysis on 45 Cases Patients with Paraquat Poisoning

Objective：To discuss treatment and prognostic factors to the patients of paraquat poisoning and enhance the understanding of early complex treatment.Methods： The clinic data of the patients of paraquat poisoning from January of 2006 to December of 2009 in Department of Emergency,Central Hospital of Mianyang was been retrospect analyzed.Results： In the 45 patients of paraquat poisoning,22 patients were effective,23 patients were died,the death rate was significant difference between different groups（p0.05）.Conclusion： The prognosis of the patients of paraquat poisoning was poor,the quantity of the paraquat was the key in the prognosis.The early complex treatment to the patients of paraquat poisoning was important to decrease the death rate.
