| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段毕业生就业难状况，对本院2009届药学、制药工程专业毕业生进行调查。问卷设置准备情况、择业因素、就业期望、就业指导等四个方面，从学校、社会、大学生自身等因素探讨就业率下降的原因，提出解决大学生就业难的具体对策，为解决大学生就业问题提供参考。
