| 摘 要： | 经过国内外学者的共同探索和努力,重症急性胰腺炎的治疗理念日趋完善,疗效有显著提高,尤其是内镜和微创技术的广泛应用．带来了重症急性胰腺炎治疗策略上的变化．但仍面临着巨大的历史挑战。如何进一步规范重症急性胰腺炎的治疗,提高救治成功率,同时真正规范地开展相关临床科研,提高该领域的研究质量,还需作出很大的努力.
