| Abstract: | Medical quality is the core of hospital management.Scientific,rational and performance -oriented appraisal system is required for improving and enhancing medical quality continuously.In this paper,we analyzed the present situations of hospital performance management and indicated the current problems,and then proposed the policy suggestion for perfecting performance appraisal management,and finally pointed out the problems needed to be paid attention when the hospital performance management was executed. |
