| 摘 要： | 目的观察祛风化痰针法配合康复训练治疗风痰型假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法将118例风痰型假性球麻痹患者随机分为假针刺组(A组)39例、祛风化痰针刺组(B组)40例、祛风化痰针法配合康复训练组(C组)39例,同时均给予常规治疗。1个月后对3组患者主要症状、体征进行系统的比较和评估。结果 B组治愈率和总有效率分别为32%和78%,均明显优于A组的8%和38%,低于C组的56%和95%。结论祛风化痰针法配合康复训练治疗风痰型假性球麻痹疗效较单纯祛风化痰针法疗效显著,有推广应用价值。
