| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病（IBD）是一种病冈尚未完全阐明的肠道慢性炎症性疾病，近年研究发现IBD患者肠黏膜组织和血清的诸多microRNA（miRNA）表达异常，且其表达异常与疾病活动度、病变部位等相关，可能在IBD的诊断、发病机制探索和靶向治疗中发挥一定作用。本文就IBD患者特异性miRNA表达异常的研究现状作一综述，以期阐明miRNA在IBD发生、发展中的作用，为其临床应用提供依据。
