| 摘 要： | 现代医学认为,肺结核大咯血大多是由于结核病灶的毛细血管通透性增高、空洞壁内动脉瘤的破裂、病变侵蚀血管、结核性支气管扩张等原因所致。中西医结合治疗肺结核咯血,疗效显著。
